For reasons I have yet to psychoanalyze, this was my favorite book as a child. I just cracked up to find out later it was written with Nixon in mind. Yes, it works for Illinois governors as well.
(Just a note...I didn't vote for him, and I didn't vote for Ryan either. Maybe a result of Suess indoctrination?)
